Meet Izabela
My journey to healing began with my own healing crisis. I met a teacher who introduced me to the world of energy healing and guided me to face my own limiting beliefs about myself which led to sickness. Through practicing meditation, Tai Chi Qigong and energy healing, my mind and body got better and better and I discovered a deep passion for energy healing, wanting to share with others what I have experienced.
Reflexology continues to be my favourite modality to receive because it is so simple and gentle, yet the results are undeniable and exactly what the body needs. By pressing the reflex points we activate the body's natural abilities to heal itself. The body's intelligence is superior, so it can not be overdone.
Combining reflexology with Reiki and my natural connection with nature through plant medicine and crystal healing, my gifts come all together to aid you in your healing journey. I am ready to accept few clients into my practice who are committed to their wellbeing, open to change and willing to look deeply into themselves. Are you ready?
Healing Benefits
Pain Relief
Reflexology is safe and effective in releasing tension and turning off the pain signals through "gate control theory" - pressing on reflex areas shows ability to turn off signals that body perceives as pain. It is great following the surgery, dental work or during any recovery and pain. My reflexology teacher credits reflexology for keeping her hands arthritis free long into her golden years.
Sleep Disturbance
Reflexology activates the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting restful sleep and deep restorative rest. It works with the endocrine system. Pineal gland reflex activation shows release and regulation of melatonin resulting in better sleep. Often clients fall asleep at the treatment table. If you hear yourself snore away, don't be embarrassed! It is a compliment for the practitioner!
Stress Management
Reflexology, Reiki and Indian head massage provide a sanctuary for your mind, helping you release emotional burdens and find a state of profound peace. Your body remembers how to let go of things that no longer serve you which results in less tension, feeling light and positive. First thing most people tell me when they wake up is: I haven't been so relaxed in a long time.
Hormonal Balance
Powerful reflexology regulates hormonal balance by activating endocrine system which is in charge of hormones. Many people find relief in times of hormonal storms such as menstruation, pregnancy, postpartum peri and menopause times. Gentle shifts happen slowly so remember how you feel before your first session, as we tend to not notice when things slowly improve.
